Terms of Use for StrongTag APP BOT

Welcome to StrongTag APP BOT , a video generation service provided through Discord. By accessing or using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

1. Key Features

  • Video Generations: Users can generate videos using the Bot based on the number of generations purchased or allocated.
  • Expiration of Generations: All unused video generations expire 30 days from the date of purchase or allocation. Expired generations cannot be restored or refunded.
  • Content Restrictions: The Bot is intended for lawful and appropriate use. Any attempt to generate NSFW (not safe for work), explicit, offensive, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.

2. Payment and Refunds

  • Purchasing Generations: Users may purchase a set number of video generations (e.g., 600 generations) through the Bot’s payment system.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are available only if the following conditions are met:
    • The user has not generated any videos from their purchased allocation.
    • The refund request is made within 14 days of purchase.
    • Once a user generates even a single video, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the remaining unused generations.
  • Expiration: No refunds or credits will be provided for generations that expire after 30 days.

3. User Conduct and Restrictions

  • Prohibited Content: Users are prohibited from attempting to generate NSFW, pornographic, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content. This includes content that violates Discord’s Community Guidelines or applicable laws.
  • Account Blocking: If a user attempts to generate prohibited content, they may be blocked from using the Bot at the sole discretion of StrongTag APP BOT’s operators. Blocked users will not be entitled to refunds or compensation for unused generations.
  • Compliance: Users must comply with these Terms, Discord’s Terms of Service, and all applicable local, national, and international laws while using the Bot.

4. Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot, in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Bot and agree to these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: The Bot, including its code, design, and generated content framework, is owned by [Your Company Name or Your Name] and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of the videos you generate using the Bot. However, by using the Bot, you grant StrongTag APP BOT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, and display your generated content as necessary to provide the service.
  • Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Bot’s source code or underlying technology.

6. Termination and Blocking

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Bot for any user who violates these Terms, including but not limited to attempting to generate prohibited content, at our sole discretion.
  • Blocked or terminated users forfeit any remaining generations and are not eligible for refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Bot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StrongTag APP BOT, its operators, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Bot, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
